1. About These Terms
These Terms govern the business-to-business (B2B) lead-referral service provided by rend.ee ("Rend," "we," "us") to a business renting access to leads through one of Rend's websites ("Client," "you"). These Terms apply only to this B2B service arrangement and are not a consumer/e-commerce policy.
2. The Service
Rend operates a network of local service websites in Estonia. Each site captures customer enquiries (by phone and web form) for a specific service and location. As a Client, you pay a fee to receive these enquiries forwarded to your business. This is a lead-referral service, not a sale of goods or a consumer transaction.
3. Fees & Billing
Fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Whether a Client is billed weekly or monthly is decided by Rend on a case-by-case basis, not selected by the Client. By agreeing to these Terms, the Client authorizes automatic recurring payment at the agreed frequency and amount.
4. Missed Payment
If a scheduled payment fails or is not completed, the Client has 14 days from the due date to resolve it. If payment is not received within that period, Rend may pause the lead-referral service for that Client and offer the available slot to a different business, without further notice or liability to the Client.
5. Cancellation
Weekly-billed clients: 5 days' written notice to i@rend.ee.
Monthly-billed clients: 15 days' written notice to i@rend.ee.
Service ends at the close of the billing period following the notice period.
6. No Exclusivity
Unless separately agreed in writing, leads are not exclusive. Rend may refer leads for the same service and area to more than one business.
7. No Minimum Commitment
There is no minimum term. Either party may end the arrangement per the cancellation terms in Section 6.
8. No Guarantees
Rend does not guarantee any specific volume, quality, or frequency of leads, nor any particular search ranking or visibility for the website generating them. Fees are paid for access to the referral service, not for a guaranteed business outcome.
9. Ownership
All websites, domains, phone numbers, and lead-routing infrastructure remain the property of Rend. The Client is granted access to leads generated during their active service period only — not ownership of any site, domain, or number.
10. Data Handling
Rend collects contact details (name, phone number, email, message) submitted by customers through its websites solely to forward enquiries to the relevant Client. [Link to full privacy policy once published.]
11. General Discretion — Please Read
The practices described above (billing frequency, notice periods, payment grace period, exclusivity, and term) reflect Rend's general operating approach and are not a guarantee of any specific arrangement. Rend reserves the right to agree different terms with any individual Client at its sole discretion, and to update these Terms at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
